Never had problems until trying to renew. It's almost impossible to find a reseller where you can set up a subscription. Many say they will accept credit cards, but then when you try, it tells you it only accepts Paypal. Others require you to make a purchase through some site that is in Eastern Europe. Or even worse, a subscription offered at 6 months for $50 requires about another 25% in fees. Sheesh.
