I have been using Rapidgator premium account without any issues, now i have renewed my plan for 30 days, before 2 days and it now says account is locked and i could not download, i have no room to report the issue in support page, i cannot reset my password, no email received, it is really frustuating, i'm using Jdownloader 2 software with premium account to download, now i cannot report or download or reset my password, not sure my account got hacked. Please help me.

I have been locked out of my account. They said it was hacked. They said change your email password and rapidgator password. They said they unlocked my account and reset password. My password does not work, so I can't change it. They sent me no new password to use to go into account and reset my own password. They have hijacked my account and refuse to refund my money.

Man wird bei jeder Laufzeit beschissen.. Meine letzte Laufzeit sollte bis zum 05.04. gehen und war am 02.04.beendet! Vorher auch nicht anders! Ich werde wohl jetzt den Anbieter wechseln.

Hello, I noticed that in the last 2 years I was charged twice for the same account (see screenshot below): On 2020-02-16 I renewed my subscription for an entire year, but a day later I was also charged for a subscription of 3 months, the next year I got charged twice on 2021-02-17 (again my yearly subscription which I requested, but also for 3 months). Since this is the same account and I can’t have 2 subscriptions at the same time, this is obviously a mistake. Can I get a refund for 2x39,99$ ? I’m waiting to renew my yearly subscription until I am certain I won’ get charged twice again so I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you in advance! My RG account is linked to this e-mail address, I don’t know if you need anymore information?

I was trying to cancel my account for Aug. 8, 2022 and the only way I thought was to delete Rapidgator from one file that showed up, now I can’t get onto my downloads , but, I am still a registered user. I need the ability to continue with my account but I want it cancelled on August 8. Also, why was it so hard to find a way to get hold of you, you could have something on your site to contact you. Auserdem komme ich nicht mehr auf die rapidgator Webseite. Wenn ich mich von meinem smartphone (ohne WLAN) verbinde, komme ich auf die Webseite. Danke Thomas
