The buy page says seven days. The terms say a file has to be downloaded at least once every thirty days. The footnote at checkout says files are deleted sixty days after the last download. Once a file has been uploaded or any traffic has been spent, the payment is not refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Payment renews on its own at the end of each period until it is cancelled, and the charge is taken shortly before the current period ends. Automatic renewal can be switched off in the profile page at any time.<\/li>\n<li>If a renewal fails, the account drops back to the free limits, and files held under a storage plan then fall under the free retention rule.<\/li>\n<li>Payment pages run over an encrypted connection and the provider states that its payment processor is certified to the highest level of the card industry standard, PCI DSS Level 1.<\/li>\n<li>Support answers in English, within one working day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Questions people ask before paying<\/h2>\n<h3>Does the subscription renew by itself?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, and that is the default. When a plan is bought it is set to renew, and the card is charged again shortly before the current period runs out, for another period of the same length. It can be switched off in the profile page, and switching it off does not shorten the period already paid for.<\/p>\n<h3>Are the files on the account backed up?<\/h3>\n<p>The provider states that every uploaded file is copied to a second drive and that the system is monitored around the clock. Treat that as redundancy against a disk failing, which is what it is, and not as a backup of yours: it does nothing about a plan that lapses, an account that is closed, or a file deleted for any other reason. Anything you cannot lose should exist somewhere else as well.<\/p>\n<h3>What uptime is actually promised?<\/h3>\n<p>The service level agreement, which is the document that governs it, says 99.9%. Other pages on the provider&#8217;s site say 99.99%. The two are not the same promise: the first allows about nine hours of downtime in a year, the second about fifty minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rgp-foot\">Figures come from the provider&#8217;s own published pages and were checked on 2 November 2026. They are set by the operator and can change without notice.
