Over FTP, with a client such as FileZilla, which is the practical choice for large files and for many files at once. Or by remote upload, where you give the service a URL and it fetches the file itself, so nothing passes through your own connection.<\/p>\n<h2>What the account page also gives you<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"rgp-list\">\n<li>One-time links, which stop working after a single download<\/li>\n<li>Per file statistics, so you can see what is actually being downloaded<\/li>\n<li>A link checker for the links you have published<\/li>\n<li>An API, if you want to automate uploads<\/li>\n<li>Folder links, so a whole folder can be shared with one address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Worth knowing before you pay<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"rgp-list\">\n<li>A refund is only possible within 24 hours of the charge and only if the account has not been used. One upload or one download closes that window.<\/li>\n<li>If a renewal fails, the account drops back to the free limits.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic renewal can be switched off in the account settings at any time.<\/li>\n<li>A bandwidth plan does not keep your own files online.
